Every paid Plume plan (Plume Pro and Plume Brand) starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can try the platform without any charge. If you are charged and decide Plume isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date.
How to request a refund
Payments on Plume are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used for your purchase to manage your order.
- Or email us at plumestudioscreatives@gmail.com and we'll help arrange the refund through Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a Plume subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid billing period, and your subscription will not renew. Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund — if you'd like a refund for the most recent payment, request one within the 30-day window above.
