- Plume Community is the shared social feed every Plume user has access to. Beauty lovers, brands, and clinics post, go live, follow each other, and message inside the same community.
- Can beauty lovers message brands and clinics?
- Yes. All Plume users — beauty lovers, brands, and clinics — can message each other directly. This is included in the free beauty lover plan.
- How do bookings work for aesthetic clinics?
- Clinics publish their services and availability inside Plume. Clients book directly from the clinic's Plume profile, with reminders, client history, and post-treatment follow-up built in.
